What is this all about. Well I had an idea, having spent many year managing projects and trying to decide what level of governance needs to be applied to projects and though about the analogy of cooking a chicken dinner and how you could completely over manage it. Hopefully this would also allow an opportunity to learn the type of governance which could be applied and be a bit of a laugh too


Anyway this is the start of the book, and I will give updates on the progress overtime.
