Delivery  30 years plus led or rescued Change programmes in many sectors, adapting best practice successfully, with a focus on Agility since 2010 .&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"background-color: black;\">The design, build &amp; leading project, programme and portfolio management (P3) capability for organisations, and Professional Services.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"background-color: black;\">Adrian is currently collaborating on [1] Agile Leadership &amp; Project Management [2] Organisation Project Management (OPM), i.e. helping organisations create an environment to maxismise value from projects [3] P3 capability development and Sponsorship coaching  Professional  Adrian has been at the forefront of the evolution of programme and portfolio management, e.g. APM BoK 6 lead author. A frequent conference speaker and blogger, and co-author of The Gower Handbook of Programme Management, and of APM guides on Agile Governance &amp; Assurance.  He says: \u201cDespite great developments in best practice over the last 30 years, around 70% of change still fails, wasting huge investment. There are two main reasons; firstly, many organisations seem unable to address that most difficult success factor \u2013 people.
